Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of Nyro, a Discord bot for moderation and Roblox verification. By using the bot — including verifying your Roblox account — you agree to these terms.

1Acceptance

By interacting with Nyro or verifying your account, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot's features.

2What Nyro is

Nyro provides moderation tools (warnings, mutes, bans, tickets, logging, appeals) and a Roblox verification and in-game moderation bridge for Discord servers that add it. It runs inside Discord and, optionally, connects to a server's Roblox game.

3Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and follow the rules of both Discord and Roblox to use their platforms and, therefore, this bot.

4Account linking

Linking your Roblox account is voluntary. By verifying, you authorize Nyro to read your Roblox user ID and username via Roblox's official OAuth login in order to create the link. You can unlink at any time through the server's staff.

5Acceptable use

  • Do not abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the bot or its infrastructure.
  • Do not try to bypass moderation, verification or bans.
  • Do not use the bot for any unlawful purpose.

6Server staff & moderation

Nyro is a tool. The staff of each Discord server decide how moderation features are used and are responsible for those decisions. Questions or disputes about a specific action should go to that server's staff, not to the bot.

7Availability

The bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime and may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time.

8No warranty & liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nyro is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any damages arising from its use or unavailability.

9Termination

Access to the bot may be limited or revoked at any time. You can stop using it at any time by unlinking your account or leaving the server.

10Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the current terms.

11Contact

For anything about these terms, contact the staff of the Discord server where you use Nyro.
